With over 39 years of experience, Mark Pelletier provides certified valuations for all types, A to Z of machinery and equipment. Current territory covered includes the State of Florida. Recent states in which valuation services have been provided include: Florida, Oregon, Nevada, Ohio, Texas, California, New York, New Jersey.
After earning a business management degree, Mark Pelletier entered the real estate industry in 1985 as a licensed mortgage and real estate associate in New York, California, and Florida. As an entrepreneur and by holding different management positions within valuation and real estate financial companies, he has obtained extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. Mark’s certifications include:
- State Certified Appraiser since 1992
- Four professional Valuation Certifications since 1985
