Mark L. Pelletier, CMEA, CSBA, RM, SRA, ND, has 30 years of experience in the appraisal of every type of residential property and has valued single properties in excess of $48,000,000. Mark is also an expert in valuation and management of REO properties. Approved by VA, FHA, and Fannie Mae since 1985. His experience and education has qualified him to meet the requirements of the Appraisal Institute, Appraisal Foundation, all lending institutions and courts.
