We service the entire state of Florida for tax appeal consulting and offer residential appraisals in Palm Beach, Martin, Broward, and St. Lucie counties.
MEET OUR TEAM
After earning a business management degree, Mark Pelletier entered the real estate industry in 1985 as a licensed mortgage and real estate associate in New York, California, and Florida. As an entrepreneur and by holding different management positions within valuation and real estate financial companies, he has obtained extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. Mark’s certifications include: Mark brings professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and honesty into the field of valuation. The valuation associates that work with SFL are comprised of certified and designated experts with over 35 years of experience. This level of experience allows us to consistently provide our clients with exceptional customer service. We provide a superior product which is always compliant with the standards and guidelines of USPAP.
